Please note that we do not offer refunds for any completed cleaning services. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, we will gladly return to address and resolve any issues—at no additional charge—within 24 hours of the original service appointment.
To qualify for a service correction, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide details about the concern. Our team will schedule a prompt return visit to re-clean the specified area(s) to your satisfaction.
